My Story

Before founding Fidelis Law, PLC in July 2024, I had the privilege of working at Stephen W. Gooch, PC, where I handled a wide range of cases in both state and federal court, including real estate litigation, probate and estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, and many other civil litigation matters. Among other things, my time there deepened my knowledge of real estate transactions and mineral and property law, building on my earlier experience as a mineral title abstractor and landman.

Prior to working with Stephen, I was a Partner at Galumbeck & Kegley, Attorneys at Law, in Tazewell, Virginia. There, I focused on real estate litigation, commercial law, estates, and criminal and civil litigation. Whether representing corporate clients in environmental compliance matters before the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, or advocating for property owners in front of the Virginia Gas and Oil Board, I’ve always been committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients, no matter the forum.
